Swedish The most commonly known form of massage, used primarily for warming tissues and relaxation it is the basic training of most all massage therapists.

Tui Na Techniques (Acupressure)

Practicing since October 2000, Tamera has taken special interest in the body mechanics related to athletic activities.
For example Massage:
