24KT BODYWORK: POLICIES

Clinic Sessions:
• Full-hour, hour-and-a-half, Two hour, non-sexual, client centered, using primarily Swedish, Myofascial, deep tissue and Sports massage.
  Hydrotherapy (Hot/Cold) is used where indicated, and appropriate stretching/movement techniques.

• Special focus to Common and Prevention of Repetitive motion Injuries, primarily related to an occupation or Specific Sport Activity (playing golf).

• On Site/Outcall Massage:
  On site massage is available, Primarily Seated/Chair massage but Table Massage is also available. On Site Massage is limited to Group occasions, Parties, Special events etc. Advanced scheduling is a must... Needing more then 1 Therapist for your event can be arranged. On Site Massage Rates differ from "Clinic" session Rates.

• Gift Certificates:
  All Gift Certificates have a 6 month expiration, at which time, if unredeemed the Gift certificate is offered back to the purchaser to use within 90 days or 9 months from date of purchase. Gift Certificates are not valid for outcall sessions unless otherwise pre-arranged.

• Packaged Sessions:
  Packages of 4 sessions are offered at a discount. These packages are valid for 4 Months from date of purchase and may be used only by client or their spouse. They are to encourage "Massage" on a regular basis: once a week to once a month
  *Scheduling Package sessions: All package sessions must be scheduled at time of purchase
• Insurance Billing
  As of 2008, billing insurance is no longer offered.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations: The Clients responsibility:

Cancellations and Late Arrivals
1. It is the clients responsibility to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment:
   Appointments are scheduled to allow adequate time for client to prepare themselves for the massage session and departing. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, the session will be billed in full and we will make as efficient use of the remaining time as possible. Unless you have made contact within 15 Minutes past the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered as a "No Show" and you will be responsible to pay in full for the scheduled session.
2. Cancellations
   If you must cancel your appointment, please call me at least 24 hours in advance. Persons giving less then the 24 hour notice for cancellation will be expected to pay for their cancelled appointment.
3. Missed appointments
   Clients will be expected to pay in full for missed appointments.
4. IT is up to each individual to conduct himself or herself in an appropriate manner. Lewd behavior or the use of alcohol or drugs is not acceptable.
